- Heat oil add chopped garlic and chili saute few minutes then add onion and cabbage mix and saute till translucent
- Add chili flakes and oregano
- Add soya sauce and tomato sauce mix it well
- Now add salt, kasuri methi and red chili mix it.. add little water and make a sauce
- Now add bread slice and slowly mix all the pieces with sauce
- Garnish with some green chilli and its ready to serve
