In a large mixing bowl take warm milk, dry yeast and sugar. mix well and rest for 10 minutes. - Now add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano, add butter and maida. knead the dough. Coat the dough with oil and rest for 4-5 hours.
- In a small bowl mix in butter, garlic and coriander leaves set it aside
- After 5 hours,take the dough out and place it in a plain flour dusted surface and knead for a minute
- Roll out the dough in 26cm diameter chapati with the help of plain flour dusting
